A man has been arrested after he was found crawling around a family’s attic with a power drill in hand. Last month, Jerome Kennedy, who lives in the home with his wife, Ashley, and their baby, heard noises and saw a light shining through a pipe above his head in the couple’s bedroom.

Back in July, Jerome and Ashley Kennedy discovered that their own home wasn’t so secure as they thought. In fact, someone was actually inside their attick and had creepily watched them through small holes he drilled.
He was 69-year-old Robert Havrilla, who at the time was renovating the house next door. He’d made a removable wall to get into their attic and drilled holes in a common wall.
“I knew someone was up there,” he told Inside Edition. The man said he later discovered the neighbor had made a removable wall he used to enter their attic.
