It’s not every day that you find a fine dining establishment run from a chef’s personal kitchen. But then, Pichaya “Pam” Utharntharm is not your everyday chef. At just 28, she has studied gastronomy in both France and New York, and worked for a Michelin three-star chef.

Chef Pam is also study in-depth on the art of American BBQ, through countless of grilling, smoking, roasting and browning, she branched out her first wholly-owned smoked house BBQ menus, “Pick A Meat”.
Chef Pam, is currently gearing up on her business in fine dining experience, “The Table by Chef Pam”, where customers will be served a themed tasting menu prepared and served by Chef Pam.
