Rebekah Marine, a New Jersey-based congenital amputee, almost gave up on her dream of becoming a fashion model when a casting director told her she would never make it. But she didn’t let that stop her.In recent years, she has strutted down some of the fashion industry’s most exclusive runways, all while modeling one of the most advanced bionic arms on the market.

Rebekah Marine is a model, inspirational speaker and humanitarian. Despite being born without a right forearm, Rebekah has defied all odds in the fashion industry and has become one of the most recognizable models in the disabled community.

Rebekah began her journey in 2011 when she decided to explore her options for a myoelectric prosthesis. When she was being fit for her new prosthesis, a friend suggested she model her new “accessory.” It was at that moment Rebekah realized she could turn her “disability” into something extraordinary.
Marine is also an ambassador for the Lucky Fin Project, a nonprofit organization that supports those with upper limb differences. As an ambassador, Marine travels around the country mentoring and giving motivational speeches to children with limb differences.
In addition to this, Rebekah is ambassador for Touch Bionics who recently fit her with the i-limb quantum, one of the most advanced prosthetic hands in the world..
