Urban legend claims this rusty graveyard is the result of the US trashing another nation’s environment back in the day. Supposedly all these vehicles were left behind by US soldiers during World War II.
They were hidden in this Belgian forest until they could come back for them (which obviously never happened).
Locals disagree claiming the weird phenomenon was created when people began dumping old cars there after the war. Basically, it became the local car graveyard.
