The house sits on a 30′ gooseneck trailer but extends beyond the foundation both ways, giving it an even more stout appearance.30 ft gooseneck with a 7 ft deck and a 2 ft cantilever off the back end of the home for a total of 39 ft. This is a custom home for a couple in AZ.They made their own light fixtures out of steel pipe and they used vintage LED lights.
