Jason Drives is a show about Jason Torchinsky driving the weird, the wonderful, and the downright insane. The Hoffmann is at least two of those things.Jalopnik’s Jason Torchinsky understands the hyperbolic nature of the phrase, “worst car ever built.” Most of us have flung this one around without truly having driven the worst car.

Today, Jason might have finally hit bottom. Bottom comes in the form of a car that requires you to contort your body to even climb into it. Bottom comes in the form of a car that can be flipped if you rock it hard enough. Bottom is the 1951 Hoffman.

It was a car built in Germany after WWII and each decision made in its production process varies between bad and terrible. With a murderous six horsepower, see what else Jason has to say.
