If you’re a fan of drones and remote control aircraft, then get ready to witness the world’s largest RC jet aircraft. This plane is a turbine jet L-39 Albatross scale model and it’s just about as impressive as the real thing.

It has a wingspan of 3.5 meters and is built in perfect 1:2.7 scale to the actual Albatross jet.With a wingspan of 11.4 feet (138 inches!), this L-39 is close to 1/4-scale and is the largest RC Albatros ever flown.
The big , 125-pound jet is from Tomahawk Design and is piloted here by Marc Petrak. Powered by a JetCat P400-RX turbine with 8 pounds of thrust, it is controlled by a Spektrum DX 18 radio with Spektrum A6270 servos and a Powerbox power supply.
