This beautiful Indian Scout, 600 cc V-Twin in dark red with gold letters and details on the tank, and red fenders front and rear, features a single round headlight and taillight, as well as a black leather seat.

The Scout 600 was restored a few years ago and is in running condition. It is equipped with a hand horn, Corbin speedometer, Splitdorf magneto and a comfortable pillion seat. The Indian has a VMCC dating certificate and has papers from UK.
The Scout features a semi-unit construction power plant with a 3 –speed transmission bolted on to it. Primary drive is by a set of helical gears that are enclosed in a cast aluminium cover and run in an oil bath. The clutch is foot-controlled.

There a quite a few new features for the 1925 season: removable cylinder heads, larger valves, improved clutch with greater plate area and a different type of saddle suspension to insure greater riding comfort and lower riding position. For better engine breathing wider valve cam profiles are utilised.
