In this video from the 2022 Detroit Autorama held in Detroit MI, I catch up with the 2022 Don Ridler Award winner the 1931 Chevrolet “SHO Bird”. When this car came out of the trailer You knew it was a Ridler contender. If not a obvious Great 8 winner.

It’s covered in a candy wineberry paint and trimmed in Orange glow paint, With several shades of both colors used to blend them together. The interior is as custom as the rest of the car with body colors used throughout.Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone.

The ones that Pro comp Customs chose work well for Me. The whole car from front to back.Top to bottom is custom. It’s powered by a Twin Turbo 509 Big Block and they mounted the 72mm Turbos out front.Like where the bumper would be!I have never seen anything close to this 1931 Chevrolet Independence Coupe from the 2022 Detroit Autorama.

The amount of detail is just crazy. The underside is just as crazy and just as custom as the rest of the car. Bruce tells Me that they have over 20,000 hours in building this work of art.I’m a fan for sure and I am sure You will be to.The 1931 Chevrolet Independence Coupe “SHO Bird” , The 2022 Don Ridler Award winner from the 2022 Detroit Autorama.Check it out!/ScottieDTV
