All units feature Toyota Safety Sense 3.0.Underneath the 2023 Toyota Crown Platinum’s hood lies an all-new Hybrid MAX powertrain featuring a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric motor on the rear axle. This results in 0 to 60 mph acceleration in 5.7 seconds – nearly two seconds faster than the XLE and Limited’s 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid system. The Platinum’s engine also delivers 340 combined net horsepower.
