The 2024 Sierra 2500HD is the entry level in GMC’s heavy-duty vehicle lineup. The GMC Sierra HD AT4X features the impressive available 6.6L Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8 engine, mated to an Allison 10-speed automatic transmission that delivers 975 lb-ft of torque (at 1,600 rpm) and 470 horsepower (at 2,800 rpm).
The Sierra Heavy Duty off-road work truck is built for towing, and with the updated 6.6L Turbo-Diesel V8 engine, the 2024 Sierra Heavy Duty offers the most towing assist technology in its class , including up to 14 camera views available. The exterior of the truck features a redesigned front bumper, new hoods and grilles on every trim, and standard animated LED lighting when approaching and starting the vehicle and when using the turn signals.
