In 2002, Chevrolet partnered with Richard Childress Racing and Dale Earnhardt to produce a very limited number of Dale Earnhardt Signature Edition Monte Carlo SS. he Dale Earnhardt Edition is powered by GM’s 3.8-liter 200hp V6 engine and is backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.

Finished in black, the car has full perimeter silver ground effects as well as Signature Edition graphics, a sunroof, a rear spoiler, fog lights, dual stainless-steel exhaust outlets, and power-adjustable side mirrors.
