The kitchen is the heart of Megz and Court’s camper, and it’s easy to see why. Despite the small space, they’ve managed to create a fully functional cooking area that feels just like home. The camper’s original kitchen setup from 2001 has been cosmetically upgraded with peel-and-stick countertops, tiles, and freshly painted cabinets. They’ve added practical touches like a magnetic knife block and spice holders, as well as a compact trash bin to maximize efficiency. With a three-burner stove and an oven, they can prepare most of their meals on the road, preserving their propane by opting to cook on the stovetop rather than using the oven. The kitchen’s large windows provide stunning views, making cooking in beautiful, remote locations even more enjoyable.

The U-shaped dinette serves as the camper’s dining room, living room, and workspace. This area is central to their daily routine, offering plenty of room for both Megz and Court to work remotely while also doubling as a cozy spot for meals and relaxation. The table is covered with the same peel-and-stick butcher block as the kitchen, creating a cohesive look. The overhead cabinets above the dinette are used for storage, housing everything from clothes to electronics and their Starlink setup. They’ve also made practical use of space by converting part of the dinette into a sleeping area for their dog, Ka, ensuring everyone has their own space to rest.

In the bedroom, Megz and Court have a standard RV queen-sized mattress, which fits comfortably within the space. Storage is plentiful, with mirrored closets on either side of the bed for hanging clothes, and additional space for seasonal items. They’ve added personal touches to make the space feel more like home, including a monitor for watching shows on rainy days. Above the bed is an emergency hatch, which not only provides airflow but also offers access to the walkable roof, perfect for stargazing on clear nights. The camper is equipped with a 30-amp plug-in, and while it doesn’t have solar power, they carry a 3500W generator to power their AC unit and recharge batteries.
