I bet you’ve seen some of that videos with tubeless/airless tyre demonstration. How about to build one with your hands ? Cheap and simple, Using onle pvc pipes, bolts nut ands to fit all together. This construction still needs to be modified. But in general, it’s fully working concept.

Youtuber The Q teaches us how to build a set of puncture free airless bike tires. In his step-by-step tutorial, the youtuber uses PVC pipes, bolts and nuts, to replace his old wheels with the new design. at the end of the video, he rides his bike again, proving the success of his project.
Using a 1/2” thick PVC pipe, The Q then sliced the PVC pipe into two-inch wide rings. From there, the DIY YouTuber connected all of the rings into a single link after drilling three holes into each and joining them together with nuts and bolts.

By the end of the video, he’s riding down the street without a care in the world sure in the knowledge that he’ll arrive at his destination, without pulling out an ancient piece of kit like a bicycle tire pump. While the ride quality is notoriously rough and bumpy, the tires perform admirably under the circumstances and survive being driven aggressively on a closed-circuit race course.
