I tore down the mini V12 engine to look inside and see what was damaged during the mini V12 Dyno runs, I found quite a few interesting things on the inside of this mini V12 engine as well as some very questionable and gimmicky design decisions that I think I will improve on, to turn this engine into a beast and make it actually reliable for another video.

This is the smallest V-12 miniature engine I have ever seen, I think These engines are made for RC Cars or maybe for small model projects, but in my opinion, they need to make more power. The engine on this video is the CHUANQI V12 Engine DSF-V12 OHC 47cc 4-stroke 12 cylinders Water cooling CDI engine.

The side water pump provides effective cooling, which can extend the working time and service life of the engine. There are two ignition options available, one is the Hall-type CDI pulse dual-distribution ignition design, using a 480 brushed starter motor, and the other is the MCU ignition, using a 2845 brushless starter motor, with one-key start for more convenient operation. The entire machine casing is precision-manufactured by all-aluminum CNC, with a highly realistic shape and integrated exhaust manifold to restore the real engine sound.
