This is the new 2024 Ferrari Purosangue and it’s sacrilege for Ferrari purists… a Ferrari SUV!! While it may not seem like a typical Ferrari, it at least is still powered by a big V12! Today I’m reviewing this new Ferrari Purosangue and I’ll show you the many quirks and features. I’m also going to get behind the wheel and show you what it’s like to drive.

The Ferrari Purosangue is the first ever four-door, four-seater car in Ferrari’s history, but models with two rear seats have played a significant role in the company’s strategy since the very beginning. The Purosangue leans more towards being a crossover due to its proportions, reminiscent of shooting brakes and hatchbacks, and the presence of typical Gran Turismo features such as the rear-set cockpit.
The front section features split headlights, with LED daytime running lights arranged at the top, and connected by a thin air intake, leading to a side duct at the level of the Ferrari emblem. Stepping inside, the first thing you’ll notice is the Black Alcantara and leather as far as the eye can see. It’s pure luxury. These aren’t just seats – they’re thrones. Heated, ventilated, and they even massage you. The Carbon fiber continues inside — it’s on the steering wheel, center console, door panels – a constant reminder of this car’s performance DNA.

The Purosangue is powered by a naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 engine producing 715-hp. The engine is paired with an eight-speed Ferrari DCT transmission with a dry sump. The GTC4 Lusso’s all-wheel-drive system is also adopted, consisting of two gearboxes – an 8-speed transaxle mounted at the rear and a second one mounted at the front directly connected to the engine with two gears.
