The couple managed to keep their build costs manageable thanks to doing all of the labour themselves. Fortunately, they were able to build the tiny house under the guidance of SB’s father, who is a contractor.
Amazingly, they were able to keep the cost of their tiny home build to a remarkable $18,000, allowing them to live debt free and with low rent for a parking space.
