The kitchen has a small sink, limited counter space, and a 3-burner propane stove, but Aj is a phenomenal cook who can easily create delicious meals. He even wrote and published their cookbook straight from the bus!
Their rig is also equipped with a long swivel table that can be used as a workspace, an extra countertop in the kitchen, or a dining table.
