If you tend to drink a lot of soda, chances are you have a lot of soda cans lying around the house. Even if you typically recycle those cans for cash, there are things that you can do with empty soda cans that are even better than getting a few pennies for them at the recycling center.

In today’s video you will see kind of unusual project. To build this car we spent more 400 man/hours, near 1000 empty coke cans, used 5 different types of glue, more than 12 meters of pvc pipes and made really a lot of calculations. Our car scale is 1.5:1 to the original F1 bolid.

We really proud of the result we got! That project is definetly the most complicated one we’ve ever made! Also, we were trying to make great video. So, enjoy watching.

Due to the cans being as thin as a piece of paper, a pvc pipe inner structure had to be made to support the flimsy shell before carefully cutting and creasing the panels to shape.Although this model is not of real car, the size of this F1 Racing Car is about 1.5:1 scale. This car does not have any working features, just nice to look at.
