Fun skill to master and idea if you’ve lost your key!Check out this video to learn how to pick a padlock. No skill, experience, or professional pick tools required — just 2 lock picks.Use one bobby pin as a tension wrench, another as a pick.
Apply medium force to the tension wrench, insert the feelerpick into the keyway, scrub over the pins from inside to outside IN ONE DIRECTION. If you feel the plug move a little, apply greater force to the tension wrench, then the lock will be unlocked.
To bypass padlocks, all you need is the lock pick though, and it’s simpler than you think. With a delicate touch and a little practice, you’ll be lockpicking like a pro in no time. Next you’ll be picking Master locks, deadbolts, door locks, bike locks, etc.
“You may only pick locks you own or those you have been given explicit permission to pick.”
