Making A Pocket Safe From Stainless Steel Bolt

YouTuber Maker B has created a fantastic video documenting how he has transformed a couple of steel bolts into a fantastic portable pocket safe.It uses only two stainless steel bolts that can be turned into a portable mini-safe through precision machining, which is really amazing.

Maker B has some serious making skills and creates the pocket safe from scratch indenting and making each of the rotary dials and each component with precision.Whatch the video: “This is how I made a portable mini safe from stainless steel bolts.”

A combination lock is a type of locking device in which a sequence of symbols, usually numbers, is used to open the lock.A brass bar is machined into a key that fits between slots cut in the nesting cylinders, while discs of brass form the combination dials.

Each disc is stamped around its circumference with the 26 letters of the alphabet; we thought the jig used for stamping was exceptionally clever, and resulted in neat impressions. The combination, which is set by placing a pin next to a letter in each disc, protects the admittedly limited contents of the tiny safe./Maker B
