Milk In A Huge Vacuum Chamber, The Milk Starts To Boil With No Heat!!

Once the pressure int he chamber reaches the vapor pressure of the milk it starts to boil. The boiling cools off the milk and it stops boiling eventually.

I measure the temperature before and after to show that the temperature of the milk has dropped due to the boiling.

If I would have left it in there it would have eventually frozen solid. Then after the milk I put in some ice cream. Not much happens with the ice cream but the marshmallows in the ice cream sure do puff up.
