A new concept widebody aircraft has been unveiled by an Alabama startup. SE Aeronautics (the SE standing for Super Efficient) have reworked the entire concept of an airliner, and revealed an innovative tri-wing aircraft that they say will have an 80% lower carbon footprint than similar traditional planes. Here’s what you need to know about the SE200.

This Super-Efficient subsonic jet can carry 264+ passengers at a speed of Mach .9 with a range of 10,560 miles at 500+ PMPG. The SE200 will carry up to 264 passengers and have a range of 10,560 miles, according to the release.

The fuselage will feature one solid-molded piece, and the fuel will be stored in sealing bladders on top of the fuselage. The high lift wing for fuel efficency and shorter tekeoffs. Two higly efficent engines with SFC 0.52 and 64.000 lbf takeoff.
