Grant is the proud owner, designer, and builder of this 1997 fire rescue ambulance tiny home. With a full-time job that kept him busy, it took a year and a half to complete this DIY project.

He removed most of the original cabinetry and renovated the remaining parts. The gorgeous kitchen has a Black Walnut live edge piece amplified with two Manzanita branches and a stunning copper sink. Watch the video from Tiny Home Tours:

The dining table swivels and drops into a bed that sits for a perfect view of the 50-inch TV screen.


Ambulances naturally come with abundant exterior space, and Grant used every bit of it! He also added a massive umbrella roof deck, making it perfect for sunny days and start nights!
