In this video from Nichols Paint and Fab in Watseka IL, I check out a 1946 Chevrolet Pickup Truck that they are building while it’s still in bare metal. This is a very special project they are building for a California Police Officer that was injured in the line of duty. This 1946 Chevrolet Hot Rod Truck is going to be driven by hand controls.

Nichols Paint and Fab is also going to incorporate some other features to make it so that this client can take full advantage of all this truck has to offer. There are a ton of body modifications made to this 1946 Chevrolet truck and being in bare metal, you think you would be able to see where all the modification were made.
You can see a couple that will be addressed before going into paint and body. But most, even in bare metal. You can’t see.Justin Nichols of Nichols Paint and Fab tells Me that they are shooting to have it ready to debut Spring of 2023.
