Have you wondered how a bike would ride if the frame was made entirely of springs? One wild YouTube creator cut the frame out of a bike and built himself a next-level ‘full-suspension’ mountain bike.
It took Furze three different sets of springs to finally get something that could actually hold the weight of a human. The third set is finally rigid enough to do so, and Furze welds the three tubes together, gets the seat back on, gives it a paint job and takes it for a spin.
It bounces, wobbles, weaves, and is unlike any bike build you’ve never seen before. Colin Furze is known for wacky inventions on his YouTube channel, and his latest video is no exception.
His video, “The Bicycle of Springs,” adds a whole new meaning to “full squish.”
You know when you have an idea, buy some stuff, start putting it all together then stand back and think WTF am I doing, well thats “The Bicycle of Springs” haha. This has just been a laugh as with no purpose or real understanding of what I was trying to achieve everyone who has witnessed this has just laughed.
