The home is designed to be on the grid, so it can be hooked up to municipal water, sewer, and electricity. There is a stackable washer and dryer, a flush toilet, an induction cooktop, heated floors in the bathroom. The antique woodstove is an additional source of heat and the new owner of the home plans to also use it for cooking and baking./Exploring Alternatives
