This model RC Stearman PT 17 is a scale of 1/3.3 with a wingspan of 2.9m, a length of 2.4m and a take-off weight of 24.3kg.The airplane is powered by a Tomahawk 5 cylinder 250cc radial engine.The engine is easy to handle and maintain the ignition works perfectly with 2S Lipo at 7,4V.
The realism in how the model flys ,is very similar in how the real plane does as well,this was mentioned to myself everytime.This plane will make even the week end flyer look like a pro.

After a long period of construction, Achim Bölstler brought his beautiful Stearman to the airfield for the maiden.The landing gear is not only scale in detail, but functional as well with wokring oleo struts.
