It’s once again being built by Honda’s BTCC partner, Team Dynamics, and this time rising race star Jessica Hawkins will be behind the wheel.
This monster is a lawn mower set-up and geared to achieve a top speed in excess of 209km/h, weighing just 140kg, producing 96Nm of torque, an incredible PTW ratio of 532bhp and an estimated 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just four seconds.

The engine – a 999cc four-cylinder unit taken from Honda’s high-performing CBR1000RR Fireblade SP motorcycle – produces more than 190bhp at 13,000rpm.Honda also used lots of other parts from the Fireblade motorcycle inkling the clutch, ECU, 6-speed drive unit, and LCD display.
Shifting is via a quick shift system using steering wheel-mounted paddles.The Mean Mower is taking shape. Watch as it comes to life for the very first time with rising star Jess Hawkins behind the wheel.
