If you watch the video, yes she says that the baby isn’t gonna say, “yes mommy I would like my nappy changed”. But she then says, “If you leave a space and wait for body language, and wait to make eye contact, then you’re letting that child know that their response matters.”
You’re gonna change that sh!nappy either way. So in, in reality, their response doesn’t matter.
